A close working relationship between parents, students and staff is actively encouraged to enhance all aspects of student learning. Roselea teachers are always grateful to the many parents who contribute their skills and support in a variety of areas including assistance with class activities, sport, library, performances, fund raising and excursions.
Roselea Public School is grateful for the support that the P&C and Auxilliary groups offer, especially in the following initiatives:
The P&C also operates the School Canteen and undertakes a program of improvements to the gardens through the work of its Grounds Committee. A very big thank you to the parent volunteers who keep the Roselea school grounds so well manicured and attractive. The monthly P&C meetings provide a valuable forum for parents and teachers to discuss policy changes and important issues affecting education.

The Roselea Auxiliary is a sub-group of the school’s P & C Association. The Roselea Auxiliary meets at 9.15am on the 1st Monday of the month to plan fundraising and social activities. It is also a forum to discuss current school issues and provides a great opportunity to contribute feedback. The Principal gives a report and updates us on issues discussed at the recent P & C meeting. Our meetings are informal and generally last an hour. Preschoolers are always welcome. You are welcome to join in any of the activities if you are unable to attend the meetings by offering your help when Auxiliary promotes an upcoming function through the school newsletter.
