The Student Representative Council is a committee made up of students from years two to six and is run by Roselea Year Six leaders with the help of Mrs Runham and Mrs Alknis. It meets regularly each term to discuss student issues and fund raising events. At the beginning of the year the SRC helped to plan and organise Harmony Day celebrations, when students joined together with their buddy classes to create friendship hands and participate in co-operative games. The SRC has supported a number of charities over the years, such as The Starlight Children’s Foundation for seriously ill children and Taronga Zoo, and is raising money this year for Jeans For Genes Day. The representatives of the SRC would like to take this opportunity to thank students, families and community members for their continued support of the Roselea SRC.
